When customers send feedback, it could be handy to push the received feedback to another app like Slack, Google Chat and/ or Jira. In this article, we will explain to you how you can do this.
In the left-hand panel, under ‘Replorting’>'Feedback inbox', click on the feedback item you would like to send to another app.
Click on the share button, and click on ‘Add integration'.
Select the integration type, follow the instructions, and give your integration a name.
4. Now, in your feedback inbox, when you click on the share button, you will see the integration you just set up in step 3. Click on the integration, and send integration.
Once you have set up an integration type, you will directly see this in the drop-down the next time you want to push feedback to this third party.
5. In the corresponding third party, you will find the feedback you just sent.
Created connections can be edited under ‘Integrations’ > 'Webhook & Apps'
