How do I search in my feedback results?
Searching for a specific feedback item? Follow these steps:
Step 1: Feedback inbox
Go to Reporting
on the left of the page and click on Feedback inbox
. On the right side in the inbox, you find all the filter options.
Step 2: Search and filter options
There are different ways to search and filter your feedback results. Below are all the different options explained. All search and filter options can be combined.
A. Search
The easiest way is by using the magnifying glass on the right side of the page. Click on the text box and fill in what you are searching for.
B. Feedback source
Here you can select whether the feedback of all forms or of a specific form should be shown in the feedback inbox.
C. Custom views
After you created a custom filter, you can apply this filter in the custom views. If you select a particular view the button will turn to blue to indicate it is applied to the feedback results.
D. Tags
Through this filter, all items with or without a tag can be displayed. Items with specific tags are also displayed. For more information on how to create tags see Tags .
If there aren't any tags, this section will only show the buttons No tags
and All tags
.
E. Open comment
This filter shows or hides all items that have open comments.
F. Device
This filter shows or hides all items that are given on Desktop
, Tablet
, and/or Mobile
.
G. Browser
For example to see the feedback given on a form opened in the Internet Explorer or Chrome browser.
H. Operating system
For example to see the feedback given on a form opened on a Windows operating system.
I. Sent email replies
This filter shows or hides all items for which you have answered or forwarded by email. For more information on how to reply to feedback see How do I reply to feedback by email?.
J. Notes
This filter shows or hides all items for which a note has been created. For more information on how to use Notes

K. Actions
This filter shows or hides all items for which an action has been created using the action module. For more information on how to use Actions
