To set up a webhook that will be able to post feedback results directly to Microsoft Teams please follow the directions in this article: How to create an outgoing webhook? The instructions below will walk you through the steps you need to take on the Microsoft Teams site to be able to receive the incoming data from Mopinion.
These are the specific steps you need to take in Microsoft Teams to set up an endpoint for the webhook
Make sure you are logged in to your Microsoft Teams account.
In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the channel where you want to add the webhook and select (•••) More Options from the top navigation bar.
Choose Connectors from the drop-down menu and search for Incoming Webhook.
Select the Configure button, provide a name, and, optionally, upload an image avatar for your webhook.
The dialog window will present a unique URL that will map to the channel. Make sure that you copy and save the URL—you will need it in Step 7.
Select the Done button. The webhook will be available in the team channel.
On the Mopinion webhooks page click on the Microsoft Teams integration, and paste the URL from step 5 in the API endpoints field.
Select a data source and give your integration a name.
The Webhook URL you have created is the endpoint you need.
