Did your organisation join Mopinion before December 12th, 2022? Please read this documentation first.
Initial access
The first time you open the Access Groups menu you will see 3 premade access groups.
A. Admins
B. Editors
C. Owners
A. Admins
Users in the admin group have access to all reports and edit rights on all sections. Additionally, they have viewing access to the billing section of the platform. You can only change which users are inside the admin group.
B. Editors
This access group automatically has access to the first created report in your environment.
Default access rights
C. Owners
Users in the owner group have access to all reports and edit rights on all sections. Additionally, they have edit access to the billing section of the platform. You can only change which users are inside the owner group.
By default, the user that creates the Mopinion account will be added to the Owners access group.
