How do I make all Mopinion users available to forward feedback details to?

When you like to forward a feedback item to another user you can use the manual forward function in the inbox or set up an automatic alert. However, it can happen that the user you want to send the details to does not have access to the report the feedback is in. In that case, the user cannot be selected from the To and CC fields.

There is however a workaround to make all Mopinion users available no matter what reports they have access to. You have to create an additional access group that contains all users and reports. In this access group, you set all rights to No access.

If your organisations grows make sure to update this access group by adding the new reports and/or users to it.
