How do I cancel my trial account?

Prerequisite

Complete the onboarding flow that is initiated after the sign-up.

Where to cancel the account

Select the avatar image-20240416-152312.png in the upper right corner of the application.

Go to Billing image-20240416-152423.png.

At the bottom of the page select here in the sentence: Don’t need us anymore? You can cancel your subscription here.

The below modal will appear.

Type Cancel my account and select the button CANCEL MY ACCOUNT image-20240416-153212.png .

You will be redirected to the application login page with a textual confirmation that the account has been canceled.

When your account is deleted we remove all data you provided during the sign-up procedure.
