Which cookies do we use?

Here is a list of all possible cookies we use with their function, domain, expiration time, and when they are used.

  • When: Always

  • Function: ID Load Balancer

  • Domain: *.mopinion.com

  • Expiration: 7 days

Note: The cookies AWSALB and AWSALBCORS are functionally the same cookies. The latter has an explicit SameSite attribute set because of changes made from Chrome 80 and upwards. Both cookies are used to let the load balancer properly function. The below cookies are only placed when the form is actually shown and sent:

  • Function: Visitor belongs to the selected group

  • Domain: customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.
