Net Promoter Score

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is used if you want to know how likely your customers are to recommend your company/product/service to someone else. It doesn’t have a lot of different settings. As with the numeric rating, the NPS scale is also from 0-10. With NPS, you can also choose to reverse the scaling options:
