Title element
Every form will automatically get a title as soon as the first form element is added. When you select the title element it provides you with the option to add a progress bar.
The progress can be visualized as a bar or dots.

The progress bar is automatically adjusted by the number of page breaks in a form.
Be aware that the number of page breaks determine the scale of the progress bar or dots, and not the number of questions. You can, however, add a page break after every question.
