Goal Completion Rate
The Goal Completion Rate (GCR) is used for a question with only 3 answers. For example, if you want to know how often customers have completed something. You cannot adjust the scale, but you can, again, reverse the options. You can also add icons to the answers.
As GCR has 3 answers, you can add the GCR element 3 times to your chart, such that, in a bar/column chart, you can easily see what was answered the most.
