Here is a list of all possible cookies we use with their function, domain, expiration time, and when they are used.

Cookie name: AWSALB

  • When: Always

  • Function: ID Load Balancer

  • Domain: 

  • Expiration: 7 days

Cookie name: AWSALBCORS

  • When: Always

  • Function: ID Load Balancer

  • Domain: 

  • Expiration: 7 days

Note: The cookies AWSALB and AWSALBCORS are functionally the same cookies. The latter has an explicit SameSite attribute set because of changes made from Chrome 80 and upwards. 

 

Cookie name: PHPSESSID

 

The below cookies are only placed when the Deployment Manager contains conditions for passive, proactive and/or exit forms:

Cookie name: Pastease.passive.chance

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Visitor belongs to the selected group

  • Domain: customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days. 

 

Cookie name: Pastease.passive.activated

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Visitor belongs to the selected group and button is shown

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: Pastease.pro_active.chance

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Chance the visitor gets to see the form

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: Pastease.pro_active.activated

  • When: Optional

  • Function: The visitor is selected and gets to see the form

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: Pastease.exit.chance

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Chance the visitor gets to see the form

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: Pastease.exit.activated

  • When: Optional

  • Function: The visitor is selected and gets to see the form

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: Pastease.returning

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Form will be activated when the visitor returns

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: last_page

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Form has to be shown to the visitor coming from a specified URL.

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: page_count

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Form has to be shown to the visitor after X number of pages

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

The below cookies are only placed when the form is actually shown and sent:

Cookie name: MSopened

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Registration that the form has been opened

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

 

Cookie name: MSFeedbackSent

  • When: Optional

  • Function: Registration that feedback was sent

  • Domain: Customer domain

  • Expiration: As a Mopinion customer you can set the expiration date manually. The default value is expiration after 30 days.

We use second-party cookies. It is, therefore, still possible to trigger forms based on cookie conditions, also if your browser blocks third-party cookies.
