Step 6: Add a logo
It is also possible to attach your own logo which will be shown when your feedback form is opened. To attach your logo , click on ‘BLOCK’, then, on select the header element.

Then drag an image file into the box 'Drag and drop files here, or select 'click to browse' to upload a file. Your browser, with your desk files, will automatically open so that you can choose and upload an image.

Step 7: Edit form body
In the first five steps, we focused on the ‘General' components of the feedback form. Now that the general components have been set up, we will help you design the ‘Body' of the feedback form. Just click on 'BLOCK' or 'FORM’. Here, you can customize the 'Header', the 'General text font', the 'Titles', the 'Dividers' and the 'Errors' (if you want an error message to show when a visitor fails to fill in an answer).

Here you can also change the text and icon of your feedback button. Click on the Button icon line to open a panel to select a new icon. Click on the Button text line to type a new button text.

Not all survey types have text on the button. If you do not see an option to change the button text then the currently selected survey type does not support this. To see or change the current survey type, go to ‘Build’>'Form' in the formbuilder. |
