With direct insights, Mopinion autogenerates graphs and diagrams based on the answers given on your feedback forms.

Where to find it

Main menu

Go to Reporting → Direct insights

Form overview page

Open the options menu in a form card. Select the option View direct insights to immediately see the diagrams for the selected form.

How does it work

Direct insights are available for rating, NPS, GCR, CES, Thumbs, radio buttons, checkboxes and dropdown elements. For every form in your report, an automatic dashboard is created.

Select the form you want to see the insights for.

A dashboard overview will appear with all question results being graphically displayed.
