The Radio button is used for a multiple-choice question that requires only one answer from the respondent. You can add several answers to the question, including an ‘Other’ option, in which the respondents should specify what their answer is. In this case, you can also specify a character boundary, with a minimum and/or a maximum number of characters required/allowed. It is also possible to show the answers as buttons, with and without icons. You can also randomize the options.

You can easily see how often respondents select an answer with a pie, bar or column chart:
