You can categorize actions by adding tags to them. To set this up, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Manage actions
Go to 'Actions' on the left-hand side of the page and click on 'Manage actions'
Step 2: Action details
Here you will see an overview of a few actions depending on your settings (Results per page). Click on an action and you will see a screen with the action details.
Step 3: Current tags
The image above indicates that the action has already been assigned to an employee. Below ‘Export as .xls’, you will find your current tags. In the example above, no tags have been added yet. To add tags just go to filters on the right-hand side.
Step 4: Add tags
You have the option to choose tags that have already been added to feedback items. Note: you will only be provided with a list of options if you've previously added tags to other actions. If you haven't yet made a tag and want to add a tag to the item, just click on the icon with the three dots, within your action, and click on ‘Add tags’. Type your tag name and click on ‘Add tags’.
Step 5: Filter
To create categories, just add the same tags to different actions. Once you've done that you can search your categories by filtering your actions with 'Tags', on the right-hand side.
Step 6: Overview
Click on the category you want to see and the filter will show you the overview of actions with the same tags.
