How do I set standard answer templates for replying to email feedback?

Sometimes you will receive similar kinds of feedback by email from different customers. By creating standard answer templates for these feedback items, your team members are able to reply quickly and easily. 

To create standard answer templates, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Standard answers

Go to 'Settings' on the left of the page and click on 'Standard answers'.

Step 2: Create a standard answer

Now you will see an almost empty page with only one option: 'Create standard answer'.

Step 3: Edit answer

Here you're able to create your own standard answer template. Just type in the name of the template and add your standard answer in the ‘Message’ text-box.

If you've done that, click on 'Create answer' to add your standard answer template.

Your standard answer template has now been saved. It will look like the image below. 

Step 5: Select standard answer

Now that you've set this up, when you go to your feedback inbox (Reporting > Feedback inbox) and click on the feedback item you want to send an email reply to, you can select the standard answer template. Select the standard answer template you want to use and it will be automatically added to your text box.

Step 6: Reply

Then click on 'Reply' to send your answer.
