Excel download layout

Note

Depending on your downloaded selection your Excel export can contain many columns. For all the forms that are part of the download all the questions, both active and inactive will be included in the column headers. It can therefore be that there are columns of inactive questions that do not contain values.

Note

If you have multiple forms in your download the export will contain multiple questions and metadata elements as column headers. There are a few columns that are shared by the forms. These are

  • ID

  • created

  • role name

  • customer name

  • customer telephone

  • customer email

All the other column headers are form specific.
