The degree of technical support depends on your 'Mopinion package'. Users from all packages, except for Free and Basic, can send questions by email to our support team. However, Enterprise customers have access to our dedicated 'Customer Success Managers' who can help you with personalized support. For Free and Basic users, we have a https://mopinion.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB with answers to many questions.
