How do I reverse the scores in a feedback form?

You can reverse scoring elements such as GCR, NPS and CES from 0-10 (negative to positive) or 10-0 (positive to negative).

Step 1: Select element

Select any score element you want to reverse:

Step 2: Reverse options

Once you have selected the score element, turn on the 'Reverse options' :

Once you've finished reversing your desired score element(s) and saved your form, you will see your score element(s) reversed in the actual form:
