How do I view and filter feedback results directly from the dashboard?
Within the Mopinion dashboard, it is easy to compare relevant variables and trends. With one click, you can view the open answers from the data point you clicked. All of the data is filtered correctly, so you do not need to check large amounts of open comments.
To do this, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Dashboard
Go to 'Reporting' on the left of the page and click on 'Dashboard'.
Step 2: View feedback
Now you will see your dashboard with different charts (if you've added them correctly...)
Move your mouse along any result into your chart and a little screen will pop up that shows a 'View feedback' button.
Click on the 'View feedback' button to take a look at the open answers from the data point you've clicked.
Now you will be prompted to the Feedback inbox overview with a filtered selection. The Feedback inbox page will show you the feedback that relates to the part of the chart you have clicked on (for example, the score and date).
