How do I restrict the API credentials to a specific report?

Assign access groups to the API credentials to restrict access to only the reports inside the selected access groups. If no access groups are assigned the integration has access to all reports.

Where to configure this?

Go to Integrations → Feedback API

Open

Select the pencil iconin the credential set and select Access groups.

Open

Select the dropdown Access groups. Then add the access group(s) that are applied to the report(s) you want to give the credentials access to. Once you select EDIT INTEGRATION only the data from the report(s) in the selected access groups can be requested with these credentials.

In the example, the access group with the name B is selected.

From the access groups setting it can be seen that this access group only gives access to a report with the name B.

So with this credential set, only the data from report B and none of the other reports can be queried via our API. For more information on the API see https://developer.mopinion.com/ .
