How do I remove a theme?

If you have one or more themes you no longer use or want to use it is possible to delete these themes. You can either delete one theme at a time or multiple themes at once.

Delete one theme

Select the design you want to remove

Select the 3-dot icon chrome_ekVPgWUUlp.png .

Select Delete theme.

When you intend to delete a theme that is applied to one or multiple forms you will see a modal with information about the forms the theme is still applied to.

Select YES, DELETE image-20240415-092813.png if you indeed want to delete the theme.

It is good practice to ensure the theme you want to delete is no longer applied to any form. This is to prevent the change of the design of live forms.

After you have deleted the custom theme the default theme it was based on will be applied to the form(s).

As of 15-04-2024, all custom themes are based on the default theme Snow White. Themes created before this date can be based on the other default themes.

Delete multiple themes

If you have more than 15 custom themes that are not applied to any form the clean-up functionality becomes available.

Select MANAGE YOUR UNUSED THEMES image-20240415-100645.png. A modal will show with all unused themes. You can select them all by ticking the box Select all image-20240415-101744.png . Or select specific ones you like to remove.

After you have made a selection select the button YES, DELETE chrome_6oyxRoEmj9.png .
