How do I know which forms use which theme?

As forms can use the same theme, knowing which forms are affected when you change a theme is useful.

There are 2 options to see the forms that have the theme applied.

Hover over the dot with the number behind the design name and left-click.

Select the 3-dot icon chrome_ekVPgWUUlp.png .

Select Show applied forms

A modal opens that shows information on the use of the theme.
