You can add a custom JavaScript to your form.

Step 1

Within your form, click on ‘BUILD’ at the top of your screen, and go to ‘FORM’ on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 2

Go to ‘External files’, and click on the +ADD FILE button.

Step 3

1. File name: You can provide a name for the file. For example, “Delete Cookies”.

2. File URL: Here you can specify the location of the file path.

3. File scope: Here you can choose if you want this script to run

   1. Outside and inside of form dialog

   2. Outside form dialog only, or

   3. Inside form dialog only

4. Click on the ‘ADD FILE’ button in the bottom right corner of the page.

Step 4

Don’t forget to save your changes. To do this, click on the green ‘Save’ button at the top right corner of the page.
